SVG Publishers Inc. was incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines on 7 February 2005 under the Companies Act of 1994.

The company is owned by five shareholders, four of whom are local companies, the other shareholder being a regional newspaper publisher with many years' experience in the printing industry.

The Board of Directors is made up of representatives of the shareholding companies. The directors are six regional professionals who have decades of experience in the fields of banking, law, accountancy, journalism, newspaper publishing, information technology, engineering, business management and industry.

The company is staffed by a team of young, highly trained professionals, supported by a group of experienced regional consultants.
